Return Policy

At PLM, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us below.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
